Tradie Power Yoga

TRADIE POWER YOGA – starts Wednesday 6th September

We call it “Tradie Power Yoga” but it could also be referred to as an “Hour of Power”!  It’s a strong power styled yoga, meaning you keep moving and flowing between positions building internal heat in your body.  You will also build strength by holding positions for a few breaths.  Tradie Power Yoga is designed to stretch, strengthen and challenge you, but don’t be intimidated by the fact that our practice is ‘strong’, every level from beginner to advanced is accommodated.

What do I need to bring? 

Yoga Mat:  If you have your own yoga mat, then be sure to bring it along.  But if not, don’t stress!  We are grateful to have Lululemon sponsor the Healthy Tradie Project which means we have 35 mats for our participants to use in our programs.

Water Bottle:  Be sure to hydrate prior to and after our class.  If you are well hydrated then you shouldn’t need to drink during the class, but it’s a good idea to have a water bottle on hand in case you feel the need for some water during the class.

Towel:  A small gym / hand towel.

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.  Shorts and t-shirt, what you would typically wear to the gym is perfect.

No shoes required and hi-vis is optional.

When do I arrive?

Tradie Power Yoga at the MBA is being held every Wednesday starting 6 September, 2017.  Class starts at 6am sharp.  Please arrive 10min early to register and choose your mat.

Where do I get my class pass?

Go to to order your 2 Week Intro Pass, 5 Class or 10 Class Pass.  Your pass will be given to you at your first class.
