Federal Budget Boosts Builders & Tradies

Master Builders ACT has welcomed last night's federal budget.

Master Builders ACT Executive Director Kirk Coningham said “The federal budget has prioritised issues which are important for the ACT construction industry include housing affordability, infrastructure, training and skills, and support for small business.”

Master Builders Australia CEO Denita Wawn said, “The Budget will be a boost for more 340,000 builders and tradies in every city, town and region,”

“The Budget measures focus on the right parts of the economy at the right time, particularly areas of strength such as the building and construction sector, the nation’s second largest industry,” she said.
