Master Builders ACT regularly holds events that involve our members and the community. Below are a series of galleries from previous events.

2019 CCF Earth Awards 

The 2019 Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) Earth Awards were held at the National Gallery of Australia on May 10. In attendance were over 240 industry participants and invited guests who witnessed a display of the best civil construction projects undertaken in the ACT and surrounding region during 2018/2019.

This year saw 8 finalists across 4 categories with projects ranging from the construction of Australia’s deepest sewer vortex, improvements to the verge of some of Canberra’s historic buildings and upgrades to a weir in South Canberra to accommodate a one in 10,000 year flood event.

2019 Master Builders Apprentice Graduation and Training Awards

The Apprentice graduation and Training Awards recognises and celebrates the outstanding achievements of the Master Builders Apprentices and over the past 12 months. Awards are presented to Apprentices from various trades as well as the Hosts and Employers.

This year's Apprentice of the Year award went to Jesse Gosper of I C Formwork. The Residential Host Employer of the Year award went to Initial Constructions, and the Commercial Host Employer of the Year award went to Canberra Commercial Contractors.

2018 Master Builders Building Excellence Awards

The 2018 Master Builders Building Excellence Awards were held on Friday 29 June 2018 at the National Convention Centre. Hosted by Vince Sorrenti with entertainment by The Junkyard Beats and La Fiesta Sound System. The night was a celebration of excellence in the local construction industry.
