2016 Master Builders & Cbus Excellence in Building Awards
The 2016 Master Builders and Cbus Excellence in Building Awards were held on Friday 24 June 2016. Hosted by Shance Jacobson with entertainment by The Black Sorrows and vicka and Linda Bull, the night was a celebration of excellence in the local constrruction industry
2016 CCF Earth Awards
On Friday 6 May 2016 the 2016 CCF Earth Awards was held at the National Museum of Australia. Guests from all over Canberra’s civil construction industry gathered to celebrate the achievements by the industry in the 12 months past. The CCF Earth Awards are the most prestigious awards in civil infrastructure including; roads, bridges, railways, marine structures and utilities which reflects development and use of the best technologies and practices by Australian civil contractors.
2015 Annual Charity Golf Day
Monday 16 November, Master Builders ACT members particpated in the annual charity golf day held at the Federal Golf Club in Red Hill. The Tara Costigan Foundation was the 2015 charity selected for the funds raised throughout the day.
2015 Annual Dinner
The 2015 Master Builders Annual Dinner was held on Wednesday 21 October at The National Gallery of Australia, Gandel Hall. Guests were treated to an evening of laughter as well as celebration as we honoured former Executive Director John Miller and Deputy Executive Jerry Howard with Master Builders honorary membership. The night also featured three comedians - Tom Gibson, Luke Heggie and Chris Ryan who kept the audience laughing throughout the evening.
2015 Master Builders & Cbus Excellence in Building Awards
The 2015 Master Builders and Cbus Excellence in Building Awards were held on Friday 26 June 2015. Hosted by Anh Do with entertainment by Daryl Braithwait the night was a celebration of 25 years of awards.
2015 Civil Contractors Earth Awards
The CCF Earth Awards are the most prestigious awards in civil infrastructure recognising excellence in construction and design for projects including roads, bridges, railways, marine structures and utilities that are the economic veins and arteries that link the Canberra community.
2015 Apprentice and Cadet Awards
The Apprentice and Cadet Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of the Master Builders Apprentices and Cadets. Awards were presented to apprentices from the Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing, Civil and Plastering trades. Our top Cadets, Trainees and Australian School Based Apprentices also received awards for their achievements.
