Do you want a career in a creative, stimulating and rewarding industry?
Completing an apprenticeship through MBA Group Training can be the start of a secure and stimulating career in the building and construction industry.
MBA Group Training is now recruiting Apprentices for 2019
Normally, apprentices make a commitment to a single employer for the period of their apprenticeship (usually 3-4 years). During this time, they receive on-the-job training from the employer and technical training in the classroom.
MBA Group Training, a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO) employs apprentices and trainees. Apprentices and trainees are hosted with employers during their apprenticeship to gain on-site work experience to meet the requirements of their apprenticeship.
The host employer determines the length of the hosting arrangement. Apprentices are rotated through various employers throughout their apprenticeship providing a wide range of skill experiences
Using a Group Training Organisation (GTO) removes the administrative burden and makes it easier for organisations/builders/sub-contractors to host an apprentice to meet their work demands.
