Apprenticeships
Do you want a career in a creative, stimulating and rewarding industry?
Completing an apprenticeship through Master Builders Group Training can be the start of a secure and stimulating career in the building and construction industry.
Master Builders Group Training Scheme
Normally, apprentices make a commitment to a single employer
for the period of their apprenticeship (usually 3-4 years).
During this time, they receive on-the-job training from the
employer and technical training in the classroom.
Under Master Builders Group Training, apprentices are employed
by the Master Builders and signed onto a training contract.
Apprentices are placed with different employers for varying
periods of time over the period of their apprenticeship.
The time spent at each job is determined by the needs of the
host employer. Apprentices are rotated through various
employers to help them broaden their skills. This could be
anywhere from one day to the full term of the
apprenticeship.
Using a Group Training Company removes the administrative
burden and makes it easier for organisations to host an
apprentice to meet their work demands.
Please contact Master Builders Group

Australian School based Apprenticeships (ASbA)
The Master Builders Group Training’s Australian School Based Apprentice programs responds to the growing need for Year 11 and Year 12 students to undertake structured workplace learning programs. These programs develop links with industry and create pathways to genuine employment and a long-term industry career. Students who elect to do courses enter a Training Agreement with Master Builders Group Training and the Training and Tertiary Education Department (TATE).
The advantage of being employed by Master Builders Group Training Scheme is that you are not reliant upon a single employer having enough work for you.
