Training and Courses

Master Builders Group Training provides continual learning opportunities through industry training and education services. Safe work practices within the industry are a priority with the Master Builders and expert advice is available in a range of areas including occupational health and safety requirements, industry codes of practice, education and training.

The Master Builders Group Training Scheme has created significant employment opportunities throughout the industry as well as provided many employer benefits. Building Industry Training Courses are conducted throughout Canberra and the region.

Australian School-based Apprenticeships (ASbA)

The Master Builders Group Training schools based Australian Apprenticeship programs respond to the growing need for Year 11 and Year 12 students to undertake structured workplace learning programs. These programs develop links with industry and create pathways to genuine employment and a long-term indusrty career. Students who elect to do courses enter a Training Agreement with Master Builders Group Training and the Training and Tertiary Education Department (TATE).

Certificate IV in Building and Construction

Those seeking or wanting to obtain a residential or commercial builder's licence can undertake the prerequisite Certificate IV and Diploma in Building and Construction qualification at the Master Builders Group Training.
