NewCover form

NewCover can provide you with cover without undergoing a full three-year financial assessment of your business, if you meet all of the following:

  • your turnover for the next 12 months will be less than $1 million; and
  • your business is less than three years old and, therefore, cannot provide copies of financial statements for the last three years; and
  • you will not be undertaking any project to build, or project manage, a multi-unit development, (i.e. three or more units).

If you do not meet all these criteria, then you must apply for MultiCover, and undergo a full financial assessment.

 

QuickCover form

QuickCover can provide you with cover without undergoing a full three-year assessment of your business, if you meet all of the following:

  • your sales for the next 12 months will be less than $1 million; and
  • your business has at least three years of trading figures; and
  • you will not be undertaking any project to build or project manage a multi-unit development, (i.e. three or more units); and
  • you will only require cover for four homes or less in the next 12 months; and
  • you will not be entering into any one contract for an amount greater than $250,000.

If you do not meet all these criteria, then you must apply for MultiCover, and undergo a full financial assessment.

 

MultiCover form

MultiCover can provide you with cover for either specific jobs or an estimated level of work for the next 12 months. To qualify for MultiCover, your business MUST:

  • have sales or expected sales of more than $1 million each year; or
  • have sales of less than $1 million each year but is seeking cover for multi-unit jobs, (i.e. three or more units); and
  • have professionally prepared and signed financial statements for at least three years.

If you are a new business seeking MultiCover and do not have financial statements, you must include a statement of personal assets and liabilities for each partner or director, as well as information from your accountant on how you will capitalise the business, (e.g. bank loans, directors' loans) to undertake your expected level of work.

 

Upgrade Application form

Complete this form if:

  • you have already been formally approved for cover by the Fund; and
  • you want to increase your level of cover.

Once you have been formally approved by the Fund for cover, complete this form to apply for a Certificate (policy) for a specific project.
